[3] You Know What They Say…

  1. S. Hansen

A favourite of mothers everywhere. It fits neatly into the category of annoying responses to the question of when dinner is.
Other examples are ‘how long is a piece of string’ and ‘when it’s ready’…

Interesting how it is used for different things in different areas. I heard these words utter in Outer Mongolia, and it is based around the idea that the line is life itself. They put emphasis on ‘is’, so it becomes, you exist if you make the most of it. But I think it works for waiting for dinner as well. It is a very versatile quote.

Will read it next! πŸ™‚ Yeah I have. 😦 Back now though! πŸ™‚ I am somewhat like a force of nature in the way that I have seasons, so I might be here for longer steadier time or shorter very intense time or any variations. I shall always keep coming back though!

I know it’s hard…some days harder than others…buuuuuut…your day is as long as you make it…shift your thoughts, take a deep breath, concentrate on your breath and try to make it a better day! Easy to say I know. But maybe it might work! Take care and hope you have a good day! πŸ™‚
